A fun, friendly, high calorie burning group fitness class consisting of Swolemate's innovative partner-based exercises, in a bootcamp-style format lasting approximately 45 minutes in duration.  Swolemate bootcamps are welcoming to all abilities, with each exercise having been cleverly designed to be adaptable to all levels of fitness and support the needs of every participant.

With a focus on fat loss and muscle toning, the class will involve multiple partner-based exercises both with and without equipment, with the content changing on a weekly basis to encompass all aspects of fitness.  Check out the Swolemate social media channels for an idea of what to expect!
